INNOTEX Rescue Gear Draw.  The INNOTEX Rescue Gear Draw (the “Draw”) begins on or about 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on April 10, 2025, and ends at 3:15 P.M. CST on April 12, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).  By participating in the Draw, each participant accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of INNOTEX (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility.  The Draw is open only to persons who are (i) an employee, independent contractor or representative of a fire station (the “Fire Station”) in the municipality in which they reside and attend the Fire Department Instructors Conference (the “Trade Show”) at the Indiana Convention Center (“Convention Center”) in Indianapolis, Indiana during the Promotion Period; (ii) 18 years of age or older (or age of majority in their state) as of the date of entry; (iii) legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (the “Territory”); and (iv) not owners, directors, managers, officers or employees of Sponsor and its respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies, webmasters or suppliers or any company who is a promotional participant, or provides prizes for or performs services at the request of Sponsor, nor members of their respective immediate families (spouses, domestic partners, parents, siblings and children) or persons living in the same households (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”).

Void Where Prohibited by Law.  The Draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

HOW TO ENTER
Entrants can enter the Contest through the official entry form on this link (https://waiver.fr/p-YHTC7). Entrants must fill out all required fields on the entry form and agree to all terms. One (1) entry per person per Contest Period. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the Official Rules.

WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Contest Period. INNOTEX will select a winner at random from the database of eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

The winner will be announced via INNOTEX’s website and/or social media accounts. INNOTEX will contact the winner and provide instructions for claiming the award via the email address or phone number supplied on the potential award winner’s entry. Upon the request of INNOTEX, the potential award winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. Non-recipients will not be notified. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, INNOTEX retains discretion to select and award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. PRIZES:
Prizes consist of various INNOTEX gear, swag/merchandise, or gift cards, as determined solely by INNOTEX. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. By entering in this giveaway, the individual confirms that participation does not violate policies of their employer.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes are permitted. INNOTEX is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by INNOTEX. INNOTEX reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if INNOTEX determines that the Contest cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond INNOTEX control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, INNOTEX reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. INNOTEX is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS INNOTEX, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATORS AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. INNOTEX DOES NOT MAKE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE QUALITY, CONDITION, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZES AWARDED IN THIS CONTEST. ALL PRIZES ARE FURNISHED “AS-IS.”

GOVERNING LAW AND FORUM
Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Contest and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any of its conflict of law’s provisions or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Contest and the Official Rules will be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Medina County, Ohio.

By participating, each entrant grants INNOTEX permission to use his/her name, likeness, picture, or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration.
