Wristlet Assembly

A particulate blocking layer  is inserted between the knit layers of the wristlet.

Leg Gaiter

Shields vulnerable area between pants & boots. Elasticized gaiter made of air permeable particulate
blocking layer.

Storm Band

Shields vulnerable area between the coat & pants. Elasticized interface device made of air permeable
particulate blocking layer.

Hood - NFPA 1971, 2018 Ed.

Shields vulnerable area between helmet & coat. A 3-layer system: The middle layer blocks particulates while remaining air permeable. Smooth, cooling inner
viscose filament liner.

Particulate Blocking Layer

The INNOTEX GRAY™ Interfaces use Stedair® PREVENT to block carcinogenic particulates 0.1 µm to 1.0 µm (microns) by greater than 99%.

NFPA 1971, 2018 edition requires a minimum of 90%.

Air Permeability

The particulate blocking membrane is  air permeable, which means air freely passes through it, letting body heat dissipate and helping reduce the risk of increased core temperature.
